The service enables citizens and residents to request for registering COVID-19 vaccines, approved in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which have been obtained outside the Kingdom, on the systems of the Ministry of Health systems, to be processed and added to (Tawakkalna) App.

Prerequisites for Obtaining the Service:
A national ID, resident ID, or visitor ID (inside the Kingdom).
Documents to be attached: a copy of passport and a copy of vaccination certificate.
The introduced documents must be in PDF format provided that their size does not exceed (1MB).
It is not allowed to file a new request in case of an existing one.
Validate that certificate conforms to the following requirements:
Personal data must be shown in the certificate.
The certificate must be in Arabic, English, or French, or a certified translation into Arabic.
The certificate must clearly state the vaccine name, date, and batch number.
The period between the two vaccinations is 14 days
